2. Browser based automatic data collection and procession

2.1 As for every website our server collects and saves in the server logfiles automatically and temporarily the following information, which are provided by your browser as far as you did not have deactivated the transmission:
  • IP-address of the requesting Client
  • Requested file by the Client
  • the http-answer-code
  • the webpage, from where you visit us (Referrer URL),
  • the time of the server request
  • browser type and version
  • the operating system of the requesting client

The server logfiles are not used for personal analysis. That information cannot be allocated to a specific person at any time. The data will not be consolidated with other data sources.


Our website uses Google Analytics, a Web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. In the case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, Google will, however, truncate your IP address beforehand within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. 3. Collection and process of data you share with us by choice

As far as you send us personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, address) per e-mail or over our website, this happens voluntarily. We will use those data to carry out the orders and contractual relationship with you and for own polling and marketing as well as for sales promotion via e-mail. Your personal data will not used for other purposes or shared with third parties for sales promotions or polling and marketing.

4. Transfer to third parties

4.1 As far as you provided us with personal data we will not share those data with third parties. A transfer to third parties will only happen in the following cases:
  • within your consent
  • to carry out your requests, orders and the use of our services to commissioned subcontractors, which will only receive and process your personal data to carry out your order.
  • within the commissioned data procession to our agents according to section 11 German Data Protection Act (Bundestatenschutzgesetz) or
  • to comply with our legal duty towards authorities entitled to receive information.
4.2 We use social plug-ins on this website. Social plug-ins are web applications which connect this website to selected social networks. However, the social plug-ins are not embedded directly, but have to be activated initially by a separate click. The connection to the social network is only created by this activation, independent of whether you actually click on the social plug-ins. 5. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in the cache of your browser. Cookies are especially used to identify your web browser and for session management as well as statistical analysis. Those cookies do not contain any personal data.
